With its characteristic aromas, colors and flavors from all over the world, the Cous Cous Fest returns to San Vito Lo Capo (repeated since 1998), an international gastronomic event that has also became a symbol of cultural integration.
The Cous Cous Fest is born from the desire to put around a simple dish of Mediterranean cuisine, the passion for food, cultural exchange, peace between peoples and a lot of good music, a great challenge, which focuses for 10 days the interest of the whole world, culinary and not only.
The program includes cous cous competitions among ten-nation chefs, cooking shows, tastings, free concerts and talk shows.
